Hello,

I’m trying the new book over meetings feature and it doesn’t seem to be working properly. I put it meeting name includes to allow to book over those events in my connected calendar and it still shows i’m unavailable for timeslots that I would be available for.

Hi @Mikeagencystaffsolutions!

Thanks for reaching out on this! The first thing we can check here is to try changing the setting from ‘Includes’ to ‘Matches Exactly’ and entering the full title of the meeting under that setting here:

If that doesn’t work - Can you try searching for any other events in that Calendar? Does anything appear to be found when entering the meeting name? The other thing we can check is ensuring the correct calendars are connected to your account and set to be checked for conflicts. You can find these settings here: https://calendly.com/app/personal/availability/connected_calendars

Let me know if any of this works - If not, could you send us screenshot of what you’re entering as well as the calendar event title? We can take a closer look from there!

Calendar even title is Agency staff interview. I didn’t want to do matches exactly because all my appointments that I’m trying to book over have the clients name in them. I want to prioritize Agency staff interview over Agency staff solutions. It is telling me I have 48 matches and after I save and close I still don’t have available timeslots.

Got it, thanks for sending this over! Very interesting that it still doesn’t cause those dates to be open.

The next thing we can try here is disconnecting and reconnecting your Calendar from the connections page here: https://calendly.com/app/personal/availability/connected_calendars (Just select the trash can icon, then select (+New Calendar Connection). This won’t disrupt your events at all, we’re essentially refreshing the connection to see if there is something lost in translation here. After reconnecting, try the same process again to see if it works. If it does, thats great!

If not, the next thing I would recommend is chatting in with our support team, they’d be able to take a more thorough look into what might be going on here, but let me know if you have any questions outside of this!

Looks like this did the trick! thanks so much
