Booked individual sessions are blocking out my Group Time sessions

I have created both an Individual and Group session, and have noticed that students are able to join a Group session, but when a student makes an Individual session that corresponds to the Group session time, it blocks out the Group sessiion, preventing other students from joining the particular group.

 

Even though both the Individual and Group sessions for the particular date are now blocked, I still want the Group time for the particular date to remain open, while blocking out the Individual time slot, but do not know how to do this.

If you’d like to have both events be booked at the same time, the best way to workaround this is to use our Overlapping Meetings feature. This would allow you to book multiple meetings at the same time, you can read more on this here:
 

 

Essentially, you’d want to set this up on both events, to allow one to overlap the other. If you have any questions on this let me know!
