The issue we’ll run into here is that there is not a way to limit the amount of people per time slot - The Round Robin event will attempt to assign to as many users that are available at any given time. So if you have 6 users assigned to host the event, it will allow a booking for each host as long as they are available.

If you want only 2 invitees per time slot, one way I’ve seen users workaround this is by using the Group Event type, setting the limit at 2, then manually assigning the leads to each host. It would require a little extra work, but it would allow for only two users to book at any given time, for a maximum of 6 events a day.

I’ll have to poke around to see if there are any other workarounds out there, so if anyone else in the community has any input, I’d love to hear it!
