Booking confirmation emails not coming through. Can you please help me?

I am not receiving booking confirmation emails through on certain bookings.  It is very random which ones come through.  Some go into spam, some don’t appear at all.  My only accurate way of checking up to date bookings is through my payment system.  Can you help me please?

Hi @Charlotte,We do sometimes see this issue. You can tell them this, ifemails fromnotifications@calendly.comlanding in their spam or junk foldersyou may find success by white listing Calendly’s sending IP addresses at 167.89.22.99, 149.72.200.43, and 149.72.248.16 and making sure that notifications@calendly.com is on your safe senders lists.Generally, this happens when an invitee is receiving an email fromnotifications@calendly.comfor the very first time, and if they mark it as “safe” it will not happen again! If you continue getting notifications caught in your spam filter after whitelisting our communications let us know.Alternatively, you can always check for you upcoming meetings in the meetings area of your Calendly account. Lastly, most calendars have the option of making certain notifications really obvious. I’d explore adding setting to you email inbox so that all of your calendar notifications come through as important or starred.
