I really tried to use Calendly to host a Zoom event here because C allows you to collect payment on the paid plan. I had to call the help desk or submit a ticket because the event was not showing up correctly. The help desk was SO helpful but the same thing happened today - showed no availability.

 

1.) If this is a calendar tool - we should be able to book events easily. It was way too complicated  AND it doesn’t block off the scheduler/hosters time on the calendar which makes no sense at all to me ( ala ZOOM). If I do book it on my calendar, then it conflicts with the event, which again makes no sense to me. Since it is not easy enough to do singular events - it is also not easy to set up recurring events. 

 

I love the Customer Service and I love how easy it is to create events, but I think creating an event vs an appt needs to be addressed on the roadmap.
