I have an event type that is 90 minutes. When I book through the mobile app, it asks me to set the duration and the pre-set duration is set at 30 minutes. I don't understand this. Also, the calendar view on mobile does not show an overview of bookable slots or indicates which days have bookable slots. Is this supposed to be this way?

Our team has actually identified that when scheduling from the mobile app, the duration of the selected event type is defaulting to 30 minutes instead of retaining the correct duration. This issue does not affect scheduling on the web version of Calendly, where durations are displaying as expected. Our team is looking into this and we’ll let you know when we find a resolution!
In the meantime, does this issue persist if you delete, then reinstall the mobile app? Thats the first thing we can check here!
In regards to your other request, could you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Is it not showing a calendar at all? Any additional information here would be helpful!
Hi David,
I want the calendar grid to show which days have available slots. Otherwise I have to click on every single day to find out. There definitely ARE available slots in April so that is not the issue.
