Firstly - I’ve read the related articles here and here; I feel like my situation falls outside of the answers provided (or that I don’t fully understand them).

Here’s my confusion...

While it’s technically correct that I’m unavailable at the times indicated, the fact that it says it’s because of a before buffer makes me nervous that I’m not using this feature correctly or there is a bug here:

Calendly view showing that 10am is unavailable due to a “BEFORE BUFFER”
My Outlook Calendar view showing that 10 am is unavailable due to booked meeting.

Hi @majestic,

Hmm. Those are definitely the articles I would have directed you towards!

Given that the troubleshooting tool is saying “buffer” as the issue, I’m suspecting the problem is that you really do have a buffer set on a Calendly event (would be whatever event was booked at 10:30) set. However the buffer is an intangible calendar blocker meaning we block it in Calendly, but you can still book that time outside of Calendly. As for why we’re showing buffer instead of that time being unavailable, I believe we can only show one reason at a time and we’d show additional reasons if the availability remains unavailable after resolving the stated issue. So for this specific instance, the first reason is Calendly buffer. The second reason would be the time is already booked.

Does this help at all?
