Buffers are set to None but Troubleshoot tool shows a Before Buffer. My 3:00 PM on 11/29 is showing unavailable due to a before buffer, but the 2:00 time slot is available.

Please advise how to free up the 3:00 slot.

Thank you.

Hey there, @Gina20071 - great question! Thanks for posting in community.

This is likely happening because you did have a buffer in place when the booking was made. Event type settings in place at the time of booking will remain in place even if you go edit those settings in the event type itself. The settings apply to the booking and cannot be changed retroactively - updates to the event type setting will only apply to new bookings made after you save the changes.

In order to remove a buffer that was in place at the time of the booking being made, you will need to cancel it and reschedule it without buffers in place. You can read more about this here

I hope this helps! I also hope you have a great Thanksgiving if you celebrate! 🦃
