Your system is saying my google calendar has an event that is taking out several days on my calendar and I can't schedule. Obviously a crisis in a business. I dont have anything on my calendar. Yesterday it worked fine. What is causing this. I have spent hours trying to sort it.

Sorry to hear you’re running into this - Theres a couple of things we can look into right off the bat:

  1. Can you verify what calendars you have connected to your account and how they’re checking for conflicts? You can find this information by going to your connections page here: Connected Calendars Page
  2. After you verify that, then you’ll want to check those calendars for any events marked as ‘Busy’. Check for any All-Day events as well as these can sometimes be easy to miss!
