Calendar invite displayed as code for invitee on their phone app

Hi ​@vsoll - I can’t say I’ve seen this before. Is this with a Calendly scheduled event? Does it show up like this on your Calendar? Or only when its done through this app?

Yes, I’ve scheduled the event in Calendly and invited this individual. When he opens his MassageBook app on his phone and selects the Calendar feature, the event is displayed as code (as shown in the image). It only happens on his phone - on his PC it is fine.

Understood, thanks for the information here. Unfortunately I don’t have a lot of insight into MassageBook and how their events are displayed. I’d recommend having them reach out to MassageBook directly as it could be a potential bug or a display issue.

Apologies there isn’t more I can do from my end, but MassageBook could look into it directly!
