Question

Calendar not syncing correctly...

I have used Calendly for some years now - both paid and free. I am currently on the free version but I have had meetings booked into my diary during times I am busy or unavailable.

I have removed my calendar and added it back in but this hasn’t done the trick…

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Hey @MarkG! Sorry to hear this is going on!

The first thing I would try is disconnecting and reconnecting any calendars that are connected to your account here: https://calendly.com/app/personal/availability/connected_calendars

After this, check to make sure all sub-calendars are selected after connecting it again.

Then, I would use Calendly’s troubleshoot tool to spot check days you’re unavailable to ensure they’re appearing as such. This article provides a good walkthrough on how this is done: How to use Calendly's Troubleshoot Tool

Let me know if you run into anything past that, we can take a closer look from there!

Hi David,

Thank you for your guidance.  Unfortunately, none of your suggestions have worked.  Can you offer anything else please?

Many thanks,

Mark

Hi @MarkG -Thanks for reaching back out and trying those steps.

In this case, I would reach out to our support team at support@calendly.com and include the following in this email:

  • A specific booking page link and a future date and time where this behavior is occurring

  • A screenshot showing that date and time from your Office 365 calendar, as shown at https://outlook.office.com/calendar, in Week view with the sidebar (showing which calendars are enabled) visible? For example:

Our support team can look into your account from there. There might be a sub-calendar thats not appearing correctly in this case.

Thank you David, I’ve just done that.

Kind regards,
