A few of my clients have tried to schedule a meeting but my calendar is saying I am unavailable on multiple days even though I am.

 

I saw this issues has been raised a month ago but haven't seen a viable solution for this. 

 

I tried, troubleshooting, I erased all events from my calendar, I tried getting in contact with support through chat - not working in any way (incognito or not) and the issue is present in multiple calendar events I've created. 

 

Any support with this please? As at this point, I can't use Calendly at all.

Hey there @Laura06152 -- so sorry to hear this is happening!

When you use the troubleshooting tool on your booking page, what are you seeing, exactly? 

Can you share with me: 

  • screenshots of the availability showing
  • the URL for the event you are having issues with

So that I can help you dig a bit deeper here? =) 

In the meantime, make sure to check out things in the event settings like: 

  • date range
  • start time increments
  • the schedule applied/availability set on the event type
