I’ve added two calendars under “Calendar settings”, a Google and Outlook calendars. I’ve set the latter as the “Calendar to add events to”. I’ve double-checked that these are checking the correct calendar under “Select the calendars to check for conflicts”, and that the events in these calendars have me down as “Busy”.

That said, when checking my availability in Calendly, the events in these calendars have no effect on my availability (i.e., people see me as free). Booking a meeting via Calendly over an existing event isn’t flagged under Meetings > Upcoming, nor does this Calendly meeting show up on my Outlook calendar.

Am I missing something? There seems to be no interaction between my external calendars and Calendly.

Hi @AugustoEst - Thanks for reaching out here.

Based on what you’ve sent, it looks like you’ve done everything correctly at this time - Is it not picking up any busy event from your calendar? One thing we can do to check this is by using the Troubleshooting Tool on the Booking page to see if any errors appear. You can follow the steps in this article on using that tool: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/223145627-How-to-troubleshoot-unavailable-times-that-should-be-available

Could you check some dates over the next couple weeks to see if there are any conflicts Calendly is picking up? If there are, It may be worth looking at the sub-calendar selections again as well - Or seeing what may differ between events that are being marked as conflicts, and those that aren’t.

Let me know!

Hi @David. Thanks for your help. With the Troubleshooting Tool, and checking my calendar more broadly, I was able to see that my Google calendar events are successfully interacting with my Calendly availability. The problem seems to be with my Outlook / Office365 calendar, where the troubleshooting tool doesn’t show any conflicts. I’ve checked again, and I’m “Busy” in the events from this calendar. Is there anything I can do from the Office365 side to make this work?

Something else we can confirm here, if you log into the online instance of Outlook, do you see your Calendar events there? Or are the calendar events only showing on the desktop instance? You can check this by going to Microsofts site here: https://outlook.live.com/calendar/

Let me know!

That did it, thank you. I use my institutional email for both Office365 and Google services, and my calendar was being managed by the latter. Once I added this to Calendly it seems to work fine.
