Hi,

We are trying to integrate Calendly into our website. We use HubSpot forms, however, after submission, it is not showing the calendar, only a thank you message from the HubSpot form.

Some knowledge bases say that the option to show the "thank you" message needs to be removed from the HubSpot form, however, this is not possible. As you can see in the images below.


Does anyone know how to make this work?

From this screenshot it looks like you are trying to send the user to a Calendly event after they fill out your Hubspot form, so I’d like to provide 2 set up methods for this use case! 

 

  1. One of the options on that screenshot is “Hubspot page or External URL” so you could copy the Calendly scheduling link and add it there as an external link to route them there after filling out the form. 
  2. You could also integrate your Hubspot form into Calendlys routing forms. This would allow you to build that logic of (If invitee answers A, send to event A) in the Calendly routing forms settings and embed the Hubspot + Calendly routing form to your website so that invitee lands on form, fills form out and is sent to matching event based on answer.
