The Calendly-Zoom integration is failing to automatically generate unique Zoom meeting links. A previous workaround using a single, shared Zoom link with alternate hosts is now broken, and the temporary solution of using Personal Meeting IDs creates other workflow and notification issues. The root cause (Calendly or Zoom) is unknown.

If you’d like to go back to generating unique links for each event, this is a setting that will need to be changed in Zoom directly. To do this, I’ve added the steps below:
- Log into Zoom and go to your account settings.
- Under Schedule Meeting, locate Use Personal Meeting ID (PMI) when scheduling a meeting, and turn OFF the setting.
- Once you enable PMI in your Zoom account, your Calendly meetings will begin using your Zoom PMI.

But this is what I want to be turned on--this way other hosts can still get into my Zoom, but won't receive multiple emails each time a student schedules an appt.
(We need other people to be able to be hosts for our Zoom meetings in case we are out of the office. I have a waiting room, so that then in turn means each of the others included will get an email for each meeting a student creates on my calendar. So, I used the PMI so I could keep the waiting room and the other Navigators wouldn't get constant appt emails.)

Got it, could you tell me more about the original issue you were having? It sounds like you’re trying to allow multiple hosts to be able to take over a meeting in case you’re not available at that time, while also preventing them from getting swamped with notifications - Is that right?
In order for another Navigator to take over in an absence, they must be listed as a host. If they have a zoom link created every time there is an appt made, then the other 20 Navs will get that email each time because they are a host of a new meeting each time.
So, the solution for those that wanted a waiting room was to have them use their PMI. This way, a new Zoom link isn't created each time a student schedules.

Are you having any issues with generating the PMI Links via Calendly? Your first post you mentioned its failing to create unique Zoom Meeting links, so just I want to make sure I’m understanding.
Yes, this is correct. haven’t been able to create the PMi links.
