Hello,

In my Calendly application and on the desktop, it is indicated that I am not available from November 29, 2024 to January 2, 2025. However, the calendar remains open for my patients and they can continue to make their appointments (I work as a therapist). 

I am currently in mourning and cannot see anyone.
All unavailable days are correctly highlighted in blue. What is the cause of this problem? Is it a bug? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I would like to know how to solve this problem so that I can enter my unavailabilities (such as vacations) without any problems.

In this case, the first thing I would check is to make sure your schedule is active on your event types. While you might of added the unavailability, it may not be active on any event. You can check this on your availability page here:
