I have my account synced with Outlook (desktop). It has been working great for at least a year.

Now, even when my day is completely empty on Outlook (like NOTHING), it is showing that I am unavailable on Calendly, so no one can book. Calendly has (seemingly) randomly closed off the next 2 months from my calendar (on Calendly, not in Outlook). 

I have tried the troubleshooting tool (not helpful for this problem). I have checked that the calendar plugin is still engaged and supposedly syncing (yes).

I don’t know what else to try and Calendly tech support has not been helpful (they sent me the original message to use the troubleshooting tool and then have not responded when I showed them screenshots of the problem).

We have a few things you can try listed out in a Community Article I put together just on this topic. I’d recommend going through parts 1 & 2 that I’ve linked below first:
 

 

Could you go through the steps in both of these articles and let me know how it goes?​​​​​ It may be worth to go through and uninstall and reinstall the Plugin all together. 

Let me know how it this goes - I’m happy to dig into it further from there.

Everything checked out, but I clicked on the ‘sync now’ option (opened the icon in the tray on my local computer and found it there) and the calendar looks good now. I appreciate your help in getting this back up and running.
