As of the last 7 days whenever I use the Calendly Chrome Extension with my Google Calendar - the calendly scheduler is 1) slow to move and process 2) does not confirm event was scheduled although it appears on my calendar and then 3) reoutinely all on its own creates duplicate events on the same timeslot using DIFFERENT zoo links.  This is causing huge issues with clients and customers.  I use the Chrome EXTENSION OFTEN as I need to be flexible for clients and often schedule outside of my programmed calendly availability.

I have uninstalled and reenstalled the Chrome extension and it did not fix the issue.  What am I missing?  Is this Calendly issue?  Chrome issue? Google calendar issue?

Hi @TerryAnne - Thanks for reaching out!

Seems like there are a few different things going on here. I would actually recommend working with our support team either through chat or via email. They’ll need some specific examples of the duplicate meetings being created, and your extension. If you chat in, you’ll be able to share your screen so they can take a much closer look.

Let me know if you have any questions!

David I am certainly very willing to work with you guys via chat to resolve this issue as I love calendly and I need it work like it always used to… how do I go about getting connected with Chat where they have the background of this conversation and already understand my concerns and issues…

Hi @TerryAnne - Thanks for reaching back out.

You can use the blue chat bubble to contact them directly. From there you can either link them your community post, or copy and paste your information and send it to the Chatbot first. From there the agent will be able to catch up on exactly where you’re at.
