I use Calendly to help educators easily schedule times to meet with me for different sessions.

    Tell us more! What types of sessions do you have setup? Any custom availability? Helpful workflows?

    Hi!

    I work with several building in multiple districts, so I have a calendar for each building set up so staff can see which days I will be in their building and set times for us to meet. They can choose a 1:1 planning session, a team planning session, or a whole class session where I model or co-teach a lesson with the teacher. I also ask the person to tell me their room number, their grade level, and anything they would like me to know before I come (resources they have tried, strategies they would like to explore together and so on.).

    It is so helpful!
