Hi, I have added a Calendly link to my linktree on Instagram and when I follow the link, it brings up the calendar first and the description of the call only comes after the call has been booked.

Is there a way to have this the other way?? I would prefer a potential client to be able to read the description before they consider booking.

I hope this makes sense!

Thanks

Hi @Susie02534,

On the left side of your booking page should be a description of the meeting with the calendar appearing on the right. The description can be edited by going into your Event Type settings and filling out your intended language in the Description area. If this doesn’t get you to where you need to be or your booking page looks different than my description please take a screen shot and return here. We will keep working with you.

How to customize your event types

I’m not sure you understand my problem. It is not the description it’s self, I know how to change it.

It is the way that it appears on mobile feed. The calendar appears before a client can read the description of a call.

I have attached a screenshot

Thanks again

I’m sorry I misread your question. I can confirm that this is how the booking page looks on mobile. There isn’t currently a way around this workflow unfortunately. I’ve marked your post as product feedback and I’ll make sure our team sees this when they are considering updates to our mobile platform.

Oh, this is a bit of a shame. I highly recommend that Calendly looks at changing the way this set out.

makes no sense to me, surely the customer needs to see the description before booking.

Thanks again
