This seems like such a HUGE NO-BRAINER… why doesn’t Calendly have reoccurring appointments, meetings, events, etc?  Is there plans to ADD IT?  Anybody have an ETA?  What’s UP?!!  Thank you!

Hey there @Robert56584 - thank you for your feedback and your post! We truly value it. You are not the first user to inquire about this - and we (here in community) are actively relaying all feedback to our product team! I do wish I could make promises or give estimates about if and when a recurring meeting feature might be implemented, but I can’t. I am sorry for that.

There is an ongoing topic with many comments where users like you are adding their use cases and +1 for this feature request as well - feel free to add your own use case in a comment on that topic as well - here!

All that said - we do have viable workarounds!

Firstly - many users encourage invitees to book their next meeting after confirming an event.

Standard, Teams, and Enterprise users can also take advantage of our invitee redirect feature! Rather than seeing the Calendly confirmation page after booking, invitees will be automatically forwarded to the website of your choosing (in this case you can redirect immediately back to your booking page or another event’s booking page). Check out this help center article to get you started.

The other workaround I have would be that once the invitee books the event within Calendly, either you or the invitee can edit the event on your calendar and set it up to repeat as needed. While this won't create an event within Calendly, Calendly will be able to read it as a conflict from your connected calendar, so you will not be double-booked at that time.

You can also read about workarounds in this community article:

I know this is not exactly what you were hoping to hear - but do think it’ll be helpful and hope you find it so! Let me know if you have any additional questions about this, and I will be happy to answer them.
