Hi there

All of a sudden calendly is not syncing with my calendar. I have followed suggestions in threads of the same issue (eg. unsyncing, resyncing and then emailing support with screenshots). 

I haven’t heard back from support and would really like this issue fixed.

How do I escalate for resolution?

I am having the same issue.  We recently changed Microsoft tenants but using the same domain but now the appointments are not updated in the outlook calender and we have tried to remove it and re-add it but they are still not showing


Hi ​@will_burton - Just to confirm, have you done any troubleshooting steps up until this point? If not, I would try:

  • Disconnecting and reconnecting your Calendar connection
  • Double check your Add-To calendar. You’ll want to double check which Sub Calendar its tied to.
  • Check your website instance of Office 365 and see if they’re appearing on the calendar here: outlook.office.com/calendar/view/month

If these steps don’t work, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team - They’ll be able to dig into it some more from there!

Thanks for your response.  Yes I have followed the toruble shooting steps and had a look in the community.  I will contact support and see if they can help.
