I don’t receive notifications from notifications@calendly.com. As it turns out, Calendly IP Adresses are publicly blacklisted. You can see it here: https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a167.89.22.99&run=toolpage

Calendly is the one who is sending emails from IP adress: 167.89.22.99

OrgName:        SendGrid, Inc.
OrgId:          SENDG-12
Address:        Twilio, Inc.
Address:        1801 California Street
Address:        Suite 500

You should be able to delist it from blacklist
https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a167.89.22.99&run=toolpage

If you're not be able to do this, please try use clear IP adress, which is not listed of any kind of blacklist.

Hi @monikalyzwa - Thanks for reaching out.

I see this is a similar post as the one you’ve made in December. If you’re still running into issues here I’d recommend reaching out to our support team who can help you dig into this further. You can reach out to them via chatbot or by emailing support@calendly.com. I don’t want to run the risk of posting PII to our public forums, so the support team would be the best next step.

Hello David, thanks for your message. This problem occured a few times in the past. Last time it was 3 months ago. It was fine then (Calendly reacted to have its servers delisted from Spamcop blacklist) after a few days. But right now it is all the same again and you need to take action. Please let the guys from Calendly who can delist the servers  know about that.
