- When I go to Meetings, it fails to show the “Webinar 101” I have scheduled for clients TODAY, May 13th. Jolly. I have four registrants, plus NO EMAILS for any of them as registering, which means I can’t see their two questions each. Yet, I’ve always gotten those individual emails before! What changed??
- When I go to Meetings, it also fails to show the “Webinar 101” repeat for May 27th. Why? It’s clearly shown on my end.
- Meetings (and booking) also shows a FALSE date for Webinar 101 on May 20th. No!! And when I try to get rid of that date, there is no Delete. Plus there is a registrant for it. Yes, I can remove her, but then I have to manually refund her for a date that Webinar 101 was not meant to occur.
- For most of yesterday evening, I got an error message from Calendly. And guess what? Trying to get help from ChatGPT has them saying this:
What you’re describing — correct availability still being overridden, registrants showing for the wrong meeting, and now a server error — suggests Calendly’s internal mapping is corrupted, and you’re not going to fix it by toggling things on and off.
I recommend: Migrating to Acuity or SimplyBook.me if you want reliability + support. Or TidyCal if you want simple and fast.
- FINALLY, I pay Calendly. I am in the area that should mean I can use LIVE CHAT. Nope, it never appears in the lower right hand corner.
Hi
First, this is something that Support is more equipped to handle as they have more insight into your meetings so they can investigate why those booked invitees aren’t appearing. If you’re not seeing the chat bubble in your account, I’d recommend running through these steps: Troubleshooting Access to Chat
To confirm a few things:
1. Did these users all book through Calendly?
2. Have any users booked for the 27th? If no users have booked through Calendly, it would not show up on the meetings page.
3. What error message in specific? Are you getting a ‘Server Error’ message? This could be caused by a few things. Some of these issues can be resolved by clearing your cache and cookies in your browser as well. This article can give you a walkthrough here: Clear Cache and Cookies
Let me know! I want to be sure you get the help you need.
Hi David. Thank gawd for you!!
- Yes, they see and click on the link to register and pay via Calendly.
2. I have seen no registrants for the 27th.
- No, Calendly was clearly down. Saw that fact other ways.
And I repeatedly find no way to delete a May 20th date for Webinar 101, and have one registered person. I realized, after the fact, that all Tuesdays were showing available. And I have no idea why when everything was fine in April (and on May 6th for Webinar 201) so I quickly undid that and made it to where only the 13th, and the 27th are available in May for Webinar 101. I am computer and internet savvy.
Webinar 201 is available for May 6th and 20th, but I now worry that no one can sign up for the 20th because of the error of May 20 being signed up for webinar 101, and find no way to undo that!
Forgot to underscore that I badly need to find the two submitted questions that each registered participant added to their registration for today’s webinar this afternoon. Eek. Hope you can help me on that ASAP. :)
And P.S. how can I get help from Support when they provide no chat to tap on the lower right, no email, nothing. Very very unimpressed with Calendly, but so appreciative that you are here to help me on this!
Hi
In the case for May 20th being open - The best I can recommend here is rescheduling the Invitee for another day that your webinar is on if possible. You can use the reschedule button here:

May 20th will continue to show up as long as:
1. An invitee is scheduled for that day
2. There are other spots remaining
I’ve seen users run into this before where they remove a specific day, but it still shows up due to an invitee being scheduled. So rescheduling the user would be best as it would retain their payment. Once they’re rescheduled, and May 20th is removed from that events availability, it should remove it from the booking page, and allow Webinar 201 to become available.
In the case of finding those missing questions, Support would be the way to go as I don’t have a way to find more information on the specific event details. Were you able to run through the article I linked before to get the chat bubble to appear again: Troubleshooting Access to Chat
Alternatively, you can also email support@calendly.com to talk with them directly. But I recommend following the steps and chatting in. (In a pinch, I’d also recommend testing a different web browser to see if it appears then)
Let me know if you have any questions!
Hi. I tried the Reschedule button last night, and it didn’t work! There have been multiple goofs going on with Calendly lately. For me, that includes the website went down last night, that I can’t get rid of the 20th (my only option is to remove her, manual refund, and then email her that she’ll need to reschedule for the 27th), there is no live chat shown on the bottom right (even tho I am supposed to have it as a paid member). and I have received no emails to show the two submitted questions from each registered participant
You are a champ for trying to help me. Calendly, on the other hand, is terrible.
