Hello,

 

we are having difficulty in the flow Calendly to hubspot.

Indeed, we want to collect all information coming from calendly and integrated in hubspot.

We use the integration provided.

 

We are able to collect:

  • the fields filled by the customer

we are not able to find or collect in hubspot:

  • The Organizer chosen by Calendly (based on round robin settings, calendly is choosing one of our advisor, organizing the meeting)
  • The details of the meeting (date and time)

 

I guess it is something feasible but, so far, we were not able to find how.

When you say "name of the organizer" if you mean the event host, then the default behavior is the following:

  • If HubSpot finds a matching contact, then the contact will keep the original contact owner. The new Calendly booking will not change the contact owner.
  • If your Calendly user email does not match with your HubSpot user email, then HubSpot will set the contact owner as unassigned.

So if host John Doe is booked under a contact that is not an existing contact in Hubspot, then John is assigned as the contact owner. But if John is booked but the contact exists and has another contact owner, then we will not update that contact information and the previous contact owner will remain on the record.Additionally we do not push the variable "event_description" to the contacts properties by default, so they could create a Hubspot workflow to pull that information when an event is booked, or they can use Zapier to push data to Hubspot when an event is booked and drop the default Calendly + Hubspot integration.
