I'm using Calendly for scheduling and wondering if it's possible to track email statistics sent through workflows.

  1. Can we track email sent?
  2. Can we track open rates or clicks?
  3. How to access these stats in Calendly?
  4. Any tips or best practices for this?

Hey @Arthur75483 - great question!

At this time there is no way to track emails sent via Workflows (or Workflows in general) using Calendly analytics. It’s a great idea, though! 

You might find a good solution in an integration with a CRM of some sort, though! You can read more about those options here. I hope this helps!

I’m not sure to find anything useful with the “CRM integration of some sort”. 

But I definitely thank you for your answer. 

I would suggest the Product Team to consider offering visibility on those emails.

As it pertains to CRMs, I would suggest looking into the functionality of things like Hubspot, ActiveCampaign and others like them. We integrate with many on this list.
