At this time, there is not a way to track workflows, open rates or actions taken in the workflow emails - However we do have an integration with Mailchimp that may have more of these tracking features available.
These are some things that users have requested before, so I’ve forwarded this on to our product team to review. Hopefully we’ll see more added on to this in the future!

Unfortunately we don’t use mailchimp.
This functionality would be a really strong story, as I mentioned I was able to go from a 52% show rate to a 72% show rate for my team after implementing the email/text/text workflow and seeing this data could really reinforce the adoption of this tool.
