Calendy forms missing Opt-in verbiage

I am a real estate broker and use a very large CRM. In trying to get my number properly registered with them, they make sure that everything on your website meets the FCC requirements and the Calendly form that is embedded into my website they say is missing that opt-in language. Has anyone else encountered this and/or knows of any way to add verbiage to the form to make it compliant? Thank you.

Hi @Derek50861,

We’ve had a lot of Calendly users leverage the custom questions (and make it required!) to add in their own opt-in language. This way customers are able to clearly see what you’re asking for and explicitly agree. You can learn more about custom questions here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/14076808543511-Invitee-Questions

Hope this helps!
