I want to know how many times I’ve met with a specific client. Can I search this information somewhere?
If you click on “scheduled events”, then click on “past”, then “filter”, you can search by email address. Here is what that section should look like:
If you click on “All Invitee Emails” you can search by email to find when you’ve met with a specific client!
Can we add this to a roadmap to get search by name??
Seems like a common sense thing to have in place to me
Hey
Is there consideration to search for people by their name vs just the email?

Hello! As
I as well have discovered the limitation of not being able to search prior meetings by name. It seems like a long time has passed since this was first requested. Is the capability to search prior meetings by name in Calendly’s queue to add? If comments are made and it is never added, then there is no point in pointing out the need. Please consider this. It would really help.
People’s names are much easier to remember than email addresses. And people would rather search by name rather than email address.
I really would like this function because I meet with clients irregularly, but in an long term relationship basis. If I can quickly pull up the record then I can hit the schedule this client again options and I don’t have to enter a lot of information to do it. If I have to go back to look up their email address, that consumes the little time that I was trying to save by using the schedule again function.
