I already have the intervals set to 10 mins. But I also want the duration of the booking to be 10 minutes. The minimum option that is available to me is a 15 minute meeting. (30, 45, 60, so on...).
Is there a way for me to set the duration to only 10 minutes?
Or is 15 mins the minimum and the duration options are fixed?

You can enter a custom duration. This is an option on the same drop down where you saw the 15 min duration in your event type settings. With the custom option you can set your meeting duration to whatever you like.
