I am the only person using my scheduler.  Would like to apply a single set of date specific hours to all event types.  Is this possible?

Hi @Jan46443! Thanks for reaching out here.

Yes this is possible! This can be done over on your Availability Page here: https://calendly.com/app/availability/schedules

Here, you can create schedules and set date specific hours. You can also choose to assign it to your events all at once, or only specific ones! It will look something like this:

The Active On dropdown sets which events the schedule applies to, and you can set date specific hours on the right hand side. Just make sure you remove all Weekly Hours from the configuration, or else these would appear in tandem.

Ah but can I use one set of Date Specific hours with multiple event types each of which has a different schedule?  I have an in person event type with a 30 minute buffer on each side for travel and a Zoom event type without. I also set up a personal event type that covers weekends and nights.  In a perfect world, one set of DSH would apply to all event types.  If not, I will live.

Hi @Jan46443 - Something like this wouldn’t be possible as the Availability would override any schedule set within the events. In this case, you would need to go into each event and adjust the dates - Otherwise, you would want to apply one schedule to all events.
