When an appointment is scheduled, sometimes the appointment does not appear on the correct date and time in my calendar, or the person receives a confirmation email with the wrong date indicated. Sometime it’s the wrong day. Like in the booking it says Tuesday 7Pm but in my google agenda it’s Wednesday 5:30 PM ??? Or sometimes the system confirms an appointment on the wrong day. The message says, “Your appointment is on the 12th,” but the actual appointment is on the 13th.
