Can someone help me? There seems to be a major issue with appointment management on Calendly’s side.

When an appointment is scheduled, sometimes the appointment does not appear on the correct date and time in my calendar, or the person receives a confirmation email with the wrong date indicated. Sometime it’s the wrong day. Like in the booking it says Tuesday 7Pm but in my google agenda it’s Wednesday 5:30 PM ???  Or sometimes the system confirms an appointment on the wrong day. The message says, “Your appointment is on the 12th,” but the actual appointment is on the 13th. 

It makes it unreliable

The first thing I would check in this scenario is your time zone settings. You’ll want to check to see what your Calendar is set to, and what your Calendly schedules are set to. You can check your scheduled settings over on your Availability page and your profile.

Can you check this first to ensure they match up? Let me know!
