This occurs both on the website using Windows 10 and on my iPhone.
On iPhone I can locate the Availability tab and navigate as usual.
However, the changes I make to my calendar do not sync.
On Windows 10, Availability tab, I cannot locate anything to make an edit or locate date override.
I see it’s been given a new term, however, what is explained in the Tutorial does not show up on my account.
Using the Tutorials and Community Forum also gets me nowhere, as my problem does not appear in search.
The Chat option is not available.
This is Extremely Disappointing and Frustrating and causing more time and effort, not less!

Hi Layla16368,
Apologies for the confusion and frustration. You can still override dates for each event but not as an account wide setting. If you navigate to your event and click availability you should then see the option to override date specific hours. Please see below.
Here’s what I needed and found…
To edit what used to be on a Calendar View...
Go to Availability Settings -
Click on Time Off
Click on Add Time Off - this is where we can block whole days or partial days.
I will liked the other way SO much better.
Hi,
I have a similar problem - I have set a number dates to Unavailable but one of the Dates is still visible for people to book. Why?
Set for consecutive dates 24th and 25th October but 24th still bookable. Very confused.
Denise
Ok, I figured it out. But it’s kinda stoopid, needs a second step to assign to specific events that day even though I set the whole day as unavailable.
Not very impressed and hugely frustrating to have to figure it out.
Denise
Thanks for the replies.
Availability is no longer on the left side bar.
I must go to the upper right, my account, click and scroll down to Availability.
Once there, there is no link to make a change other than to go to my Meeting Hours.
I simply want to make a change for a particular date that I am not usually available, mark the day as available so my clients have an additional choice.
I have 16+ Event Types that my clients can book based on my available Meeting Hours.
I’ve done this many times in the past but now it seems impossible without making a system change to my Hours.
What I see is very different than what has been shared.
See:
Sean Marlin, are you suggesting I must now go to each event and make the change, individually, on each event type?
I hope not.
Hi @Layla16368, yes the availability settings now live at the event type level.
Adding to the confusion and frustration...Why can “Daily Overrides” be set (below)
then clients can still make appointments on those specific dates. See below. My afternoon has been nearly fully booked when I am “Unavailable”. What gives?
@Erik24043 This may be as simple as refreshing your browser. Sometimes it takes a second for these changes to update. If you try that and the availability isn’t fixed the Troubleshoot button (on the bottom of your booking page) is your best friend. Can you try one or both of those and come back and tell us what you availability looks like please?
