Hello.

Can someone tell me where to find my cancellation policy.  I need to edit it and cant’ find it anywhere!

With our updated UI - You can find and edit your cancellation policy here:

Edit your event, then select ‘More Options’
Select Notifications and Workflows, then select Edit under Basic Notifications
At the bottom of this page, you’ll be able to edit the Policy.

I’m rather confident about setting up the workflows.  The cancellation you pointed out is an acknowledgement.

I’m looking for something else though.  Perhaps what I’m thinking about doesn’t exist-

I thought I had added my specific terms somewhere, regarding cancellation, such as forfeiting their deposit, etc.
Is there a setting for that or am I mistaken?

Also wondering if the Support Chat is being fazed out or is there a glitch the system.

Seems that every time I need to use it I get a notice that it’s down.
