I have embedded the calendly for my website to schedule meetings. When someone schedule a meeting both invitee and host receive the emails. Can I change the subject of those emails to my own one or can I fully disable the default email and add custom email as a workflow?

Hi @Sandares85402 - Thanks for reaching out!

Yes, as long as you’re on a paid plan, you can customize the subject and body of your emails. To do this:

  1. From the Scheduling page, select the event type you want to update.
  2. At the bottom of the editor, select More options.
  3. Open the Notifications and workflows section.
  4. Find the notification you want to change and select the Edit_dots.png three dots > Edit.
  5. Update the message subject or body as needed.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Hello @David ,
Thank you for the update. Is there any way to change the email that send to the host about the new event?

Hi @Sandares85402 - There is not a way to change/remove the email thats sent to the host.

However, you can configure your own Workflow to send you meeting details at any time. I’ve worked with some users who’ve done similar.

Let me know if you have any questions!
