Hello
It is very important for me to know in advance whether someone will come to the appointment. That's why I send them an email with the request to confirm the appointment.
Now I read in the FA that not confirming an appointment has no consequences at all.
The appointment will remain in the system.
I wonder what I get out of that.
How can I make sure that an unconfirmed appointment is removed from the agenda?

This is something myself and a lot of other Calendly users would love to see. Not sure if/when we’ll see this functionality, but I’ll definitely keep pushing for it with our product and engineering teams.
