Please advise how I can limit client’s changing or canceling a booking within 24 hours prior to the event?

I’m bummed to say this is functionality we’re currently lacking. There’s no way to restrict how a client can change or cancel a booking at this time, but we know it’s something our customers want and have let our Product team know.

One thing we have had other customers do with success is require payment up front or some sort of meeting deposit with a clear policy on what happens if they cancel or change the meeting. It’s not perfect, but it can help!
