Can someone help! There seems to be a glitch when someone books time on my calendar and then changes the time, they receive a reminder about the original time. I have a paid account. what do you suggest? Thank you in advance.

Can you confirm that your invitee is rescheduling through Calendly? The easiest way to check this is by heading on over to your Scheduled Events page. From there, if the event was rescheduled through Calendly, it will show as such. If it doesn’t, it was likely rescheduled outside the platform which means workflows and email notifications won’t show the right time.
