I love calendly. However, there is a feature that needs to be made a lot more clear. I am trying to figure out who else hasn’t voted in my meeting poll and I can’t fully remember who I invited and It’s nearly impossible to find an easy list when I open the pending meeting poll to find the list of invitees and who has and hasn’t responded. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

Because sharing a meeting poll is essentially giving someone a URL, they would have to complete the poll and give Calendly their information for them to show up on your poll. There isn’t a way for us to capture that data unless they proactively give us there personal information. Across meeting scheduling we have to maintain invitee privacy and don’t capture their personal information unless they willingly give it to us. That said, if you navigate to the Pending section in your Meetings area you should see the poll. There you can see who has responded to your poll. But, again, we don’t have a way of identifying who hasn’t taken the poll. Hope this helps and sorry if your poll has turned into wrangling cats!
