I have been unable to log into my Calendly account for months. Every time I try it asks me to log in through my Microsoft365 account. When I finish the verification process and return to calendly it says I am using the wrong method. No other method has let me sign in.

 

 

I have tried emailing support multiple time but gotten no reply.

 

I tried using the Chatbot support but have not gotten help since I cannot login.

 

There is no other way to contact support. Somehow it let me log into this community with my credentials because I didn’t need to verify my account through Microsoft.

 

I am beyond frustrated and would like to cancel the subscription for myself and my company.

Hey @KatSCL - Thanks for reaching out here, sorry to hear this is going on!

Taking a look over this, I’m seeing two different emails here in the screenshot you send - When you select ‘Log in with Office 365’ are you signing into kat@alaskasbestlodge.com or kat@sportsmancovelodge.com? Usually this happens when a user signs into a different account other than the one thats assigned to Calendly. One thing we can try here is logging in through an Incognito or In-private window in your browser and attempting the sign-in process again. Could you give this a shot and let us know if it works?

I can also get in touch with our Support team to see if they’re seeing your email tickets at all, could you confirm which email you used when reaching out to us? We can take a look from there!

I went back to the Calendly page and it is letting me sign in with credentials now. Before I had to go through Microsoft365 which is where the issue was occurring.
