I have been having issues using Calendly and I simply want to speak with customer support. Does Calendly not provide this service? 

I emailed support 6hrs ago but no reply.

You should be able to chat in with our support team by using the blue chat bubble when logged into your account:

Support is seeing a higher than normal rate of tickets, so emails may take a bit longer before receiving a reply. If you’re subscribed to one of our plans chatting in would be the best way to contact them!


I have a paid subscription but when I am  logged in, calendly doesnt log me in to my paid plan, I continue to have evidence that my paid is active as I am still recieving warm up emails in both the email address accounts im warming up.

Do you have multiple Calendly accounts that you use? If you log in from a different web browser does it allow you to access your paid account?
