I am encountering an issue with forwarding emails from Calendly in my Outlook account. I want these emails to be automatically forwarded to another email account. However, when Outlook attempts to forward the emails, I receive an error message:

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue or suggest an alternative solution for automatically forwarding these emails?

This is an issue with the email provider you are trying to forward you email to rather than the email that Calendly sent you. Try contacting your intended email recipient and ask them to white list your emails.

Since emails sent with Workflows are fully customizable, you can tailor the message to the recipient, making this solution even better than a forwarded email.
