The “owner” on our account is no longer with the company and admins don’t have permission in the system to remove her. How do we do that?

In order to move forward with this you will need to reach out to our support team. They are available 24/7 via live chat. Log into your Calendly account and click “help” > follow the chat-bot prompts to get to a live agent > they will help you from there!
There aren’t many things I cannot help resolve from here in community, but this is one of them! I wish I could do more - but our support team is fabulous and will get you sorted out quickly!
