Change Host/Organizer of a collective meeting

Issue: All events are being created with person B as Organizer even if person A creates the calendly meeting link.

 

Impact: Person A then cannot shift the meeting

 

Tried: If I remove person B, then A is Organizer. When I add B, then they are Organizer again. I want A to stay as Organizer.

 

Details: Collective event typ, using Google meets, B is super admin(me). Both are in the same team

When using Google Meet for your location, the host is determined by the Google calendar the Calendar Invitations are being sent from. Currently, I see that you are the assigned sender. To resolve this please navigate to the Notifications and Workflows tab in the event settings > select the 3 dots next to Calendar Invitation, Edit > then select Marya's name in the "Invitations Coming From" drop-down. Once you save those changes, you can navigate back to the Event Details section and you will see the updated Google Meet host.
