Hello,

 

I have recently changed the trading name of my business. I have edited all publically viewable words and email addresses. However, I am still receiving booking confirmation emails at my old email address. Where can I edit the email address associated with my account? I have been using Calendly for years and never had to set up users (there is only 1 anyway) - but I have been through all the options and cannot see anywhere to edit my email address. Please help.

In your case - there are two places I’d like to point out:

  • You can check your Calendar Sync page and ensure your email is updated there - This sets which calendar new events are added to.
  • Check your Login Preferences page to make sure the email is updated here. Calendly uses your login email to send booking notifications to. You can find this here: https://calendly.com/app/personal/login_preferences

Yes, changing my email in Login Preferences has worked. I have still received an email to my old email address though, as well as the new one to confirm the email preference change. Will there be no more emails to my old email after this?

Hi ​@Katie34877 - Yes after changing your login email, you should no longer receive emails to the old address. You can test this by scheduling an event with yourself to see if it sends to the correct address as well.
