In your case - there are two places I’d like to point out:
- You can check your Calendar Sync page and ensure your email is updated there - This sets which calendar new events are added to.
- Check your Login Preferences page to make sure the email is updated here. Calendly uses your login email to send booking notifications to. You can find this here: https://calendly.com/app/personal/login_preferences

Yes, changing my email in Login Preferences has worked. I have still received an email to my old email address though, as well as the new one to confirm the email preference change. Will there be no more emails to my old email after this?

Hi @Katie34877 - Yes after changing your login email, you should no longer receive emails to the old address. You can test this by scheduling an event with yourself to see if it sends to the correct address as well.
