I am wanting our accounts department to receive invoices – how can one change the billing email address – doesn't seem to be an option.

This would definitely be a question for our billing team as invoices generally go directly the account owner, not a different email address but they’d be able to elaborate on the specifics much more. You can read more about billing here and can contact the billing team at billing@calendly.com.
