Hi,

I used my personal email address to open my Calendly account.

However I would like the confirmation emails I receive from clients booking meetings to come to my business email account.

How do I go about changing where these confirmations are sent?

If you’d like to change where your confirmations are sent, you’ll need to adjust the login preference and change your personal email, to your business email, you can do this from the login preferences page here: https://calendly.com/app/personal/login_preferences

If you’d like to keep your login email the same, you can either setup a Workflow or setup a forwarding address - both of these are described here: Working with multiple calendars and email accounts

Strange that a ‘login preference’ email dictates the email you receive meeting confirmations…………
