We are a team of 3 meeting 2 separate customers every 30 mins. How can I reduce the number of customer down to 1 during lunch time?

Hi @L'Atelier34217 - Thanks for reaching out here!

Could you tell me more about the event you’re using? Is this a Group event or a Round Robin event type that you’re using to schedule these users? Let me know! I can assist further from there.

Hi David, Its a group event. During lunch time, some of our team member will go for lunch, so instead of meeting 2 clients (met separately), we would like to reduce them to 1.

Hi @L'Atelier34217 - Thanks for reaching out!

One snag we’ll hit here is that Group Events cannot have specific invitee limits based on the hour, this setting is applied to all time slots at once. However, a few things come to mind:

  • You can book that slot manually so that it only allows one actual client to book the lunch slot
  • Alternatively, you can use the Round Robin event and set both users as hosts. This way, Calendly will read each hosts availability and connected calendar individually, and allow for one booking per slot, per host. This way, you can add unavailability for lunches or holidays to prevent more than one user each time slot.

Let me know if you have any questions here!
