Is there a way to charge a no-show fee or a cancellation fee I understand that I could take a deposit but in the follow-up emails there's no option to limit the rescheduling it just says cancel and reschedule.

Hi @Empire60412 - Thanks for reaching out.

Yes thats correct, there is not a way to limit the cancel/reschedule buttons for a specific timeframe, however, you do have the option to remove them from the communications that are sent to the customer. This way, they would need to contact you directly to make changes to the meeting.I’ve included the steps below on how to change this:

  1. From the Event types page, select the event you wish to update.
  2. Expand the Notifications and workflows section.
  3. Under Basic notifications, select the three vertical dotsEdit_dots.pngnext to Calendar invitation/Email confirmation and then Edit.
  4. Scroll to the bottom to locate the Cancellation policy section.
  5. To prevent invitees to cancel and reschedule on their own behalf, ensure the checkbox is not selectedSelected Checkbox.pngnext to the Include cancel and reschedule links in email invitations and reminders

Once this is done, the cancel and reschedule links will not be included for any future scheduled meetings. Let me know if you have any questions!
