I have had several instances when a client responds to a reminder about a virtual meeting, to cancel the meeting, but I don’t receive the message, only to show up to an empty meeting. I understand the email address is a no-reply address, however if they don’t notice (or aren’t tech savvy), they reply all the same. Is there a way to change the reply email address, or some other way to resolve this?

Hi @Adam37088 - Thanks for reaching out!

Yes you have the option to send Workflow emails from your Gmail or Outlook account. This allows recipients to easily reply to you and keeps a record of your communication in your “Sent” folder.

You can read a walkthrough on this here: How to send Workflow emails from your Gmail or Outlook account
